Return and Refund Policy

At British Stair Nosing, we’re dedicated to providing quality products and excellent service. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible.

Returns

You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Products marked as final sale or clearance

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If the return is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or our error

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that are defective or damaged. If you’d like to request an exchange, please reach out to us directly.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking or cancellation fees.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been processed. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. If you change your mind after shipping, you will need to follow our return procedure.
