Orders placed before 2 PM (GMT) are typically processed and dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped on the next working day. Please note that weekends and bank holidays are excluded. Standard delivery takes approximately 2–4 business days, and over 95% of our orders are delivered within this period.
Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the usual processing and delivery window, don’t worry—minor delays can happen. Please allow an extra two working days. If your order still hasn’t arrived after that, kindly contact us at sales@britishstairnosing.co.uk with your order number, and we’ll assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been processed. Once dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible, and you will need to follow our returns process after receiving the item.
